These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mdg128 platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2.4 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to hold an mdg128 Account:
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming on mdg128, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one mdg128 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by one individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. mdg128 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated Accounts will be suspended and any Bonus Funds forfeited.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3.4 KYC Verification. mdg128 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
3.5 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. mdg128 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing at any time pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks.
3.6 Account Currency. All Accounts on mdg128 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mdg128 does not offer multi-currency wallets at this time. All displayed amounts, bet sizes, win calculations, and transaction records are in IDR.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. mdg128 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels:
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Individual payment methods may carry higher minimum deposit thresholds as indicated in the Cashier section of the platform.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. mdg128 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes of approval for verified Accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. mdg128 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including banks and e-wallet operators.
4.5 Same-Method Rule. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. mdg128 reserves the right to request additional verification where a change of withdrawal method is requested.
4.6 Funds Origin. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. Any deposits suspected of originating from proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account suspended immediately.
4.7 Transaction Fees. mdg128 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mdg128 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 General. mdg128 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the point of claim.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and time limit are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the mdg128 platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a different rate than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are set out in the individual promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. mdg128 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
Where bonus abuse is detected, mdg128 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the Account without prior notice.
5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings derived from a single bonus offer is Rp 10.000.000. Any winnings above this cap that are attributable solely to Bonus Funds play will be removed from the balance upon withdrawal request.
5.6 mdg128 Rights. mdg128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered by members in good standing.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game on the mdg128 platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics and outcomes of that game only.
6.2 RNG Certification. All slot games and virtual table games on mdg128 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including mdg128.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and each sportsbook market. mdg128 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including on a per-account basis where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6.5 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on mdg128 operate based on official draw results from the relevant issuing authority. mdg128 displays draw results promptly following official publication. In the event of a discrepancy between mdg128's published result and the official issuing authority's result, the official result shall prevail.
6.6 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, mdg128's servers will record the last confirmed game state. Upon reconnection, the game will resume or auto-complete from that state in accordance with the applicable game rules. mdg128 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
7.1 Commitment. mdg128 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.
7.2 Available Tools. Every mdg128 Account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings at no charge:
7.3 Self-Exclusion Requests. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. 8.1 Ownership. All content on the mdg128 platform — including but not limited to the mdg128 brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of mdg128 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. mdg128 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, index, or otherwise harvest data from the mdg128 platform without express written consent. You must not use the mdg128 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without prior written authorization.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mdg128 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:
10.1 Platform Availability. mdg128 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. mdg128 shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from platform downtime.
10.2 Gambling Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent possibility. mdg128 accepts no liability for any gambling losses you incur, provided that all games have been conducted fairly and in accordance with their stated rules and certified RNG outcomes.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mdg128's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mdg128 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law.
10.5 Force Majeure. mdg128 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
11.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the mdg128 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following KYC clearance.
11.2 Termination by mdg128. mdg128 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
11.3 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000, applied to any remaining balance until either the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. mdg128 will provide written notice before dormancy fees are applied.
12.1 mdg128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mdg128 will provide notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the mdg128 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date.
12.3 The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, is always accessible on the mdg128 website. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg128 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to consumers under the laws applicable in their country of residence.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mdg128's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 14) shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's competent dispute resolution body.
13.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translated version is provided for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
